We had the most wonderful experience celebrating our wedding at Rivervale Barn on 14th June 2026. From the very beginning of the booking process right through to the wedding day itself, everything was incredibly smooth, straightforward and stress-free.

Booking our wedding was so easy, and we really appreciated how simple and manageable the payment plan was. It made the whole process feel organised and achievable, without any unnecessary pressure. Throughout the planning, communication was absolutely amazing. Whenever we had a question or needed clarification, we always felt listened to and supported. The team were friendly, helpful and reassuring, which made such a difference during what can otherwise be a very stressful time.

When the big day finally arrived, everything ran so well. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a smoother wedding day. The organisation behind the scenes was fantastic, and everything seemed to happen effortlessly, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment with our family and friends.

A special mention has to go to our coordinator, Daniel. He was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. Daniel was incredibly kind, approachable and supportive, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. He helped everything run smoothly on the day and gave us complete confidence that everything was being taken care of. His calm and friendly nature was exactly what we needed, and we are so grateful for everything he did for us.

One of the things we loved most about Rivervale Barn was how flexible and accommodating everyone was. We never felt restricted or worried about small changes or unexpected moments on the day. Instead, we felt completely supported and knew that the team would do everything they could to make our wedding special. That flexibility allowed us to truly enjoy our day without worrying about the little things.

Our wedding day was everything we hoped it would be, and Rivervale Barn played such a huge part in making it so memorable. From the initial booking and payment process, to the amazing communication, organisation and care on the day itself, we could not fault the experience.

We would wholeheartedly recommend Rivervale Barn to anyone looking for a beautiful wedding venue with a fantastic team who genuinely care about making your day special. We are so grateful for all the effort, kindness and support we received and will always look back on our wedding day with the happiest memories.

We attended a family wedding here recently and it was wonderful! The gardens were beautiful, the main barn and function areas were well kept and spacious and the outside area for the ceremony was also beautiful. Thank you to Daniel and the team for being super conscious with my no wheat and no dairy allergies, all my food was perfect and served with the upmost care. It is really appreciated! Everyone was saying the same about how great the food was and how beautiful the venue is. We all had a great time, thank you!

Wow. What can we say 🥹 what an absolutely incredible venue!
My husband and I married here on the 8th July 2026 during the really hot heatwave, the staff and recommended suppliers are insane at what they do here especially under extreme weather conditions. Everything run exactly as i expected if not better and Natasha our wedding event planner was amazing from start to finish, not just making sure everything is as we wanted but also helping out groomsmen – a couple asked to print out their speeches and she got it done without hesitation, one of our groomsmen button popped off his suit and away she went to fix it to insure no stress was felt by anyone in the wedding party! Absolute gem. On the subject of Natasha id also like to add the amount of compliments we’ve had from of guests saying how lovely she is was amazing, in our wedding film she’s seen cuddling and comforting my very emotional a little tipsy 😉 sister during our first dance. My point is she wasn’t just there to make it run smoothly she was there for everyone making sure everyone had what they needed and they were all happy.
Thankyou so much Natasha & everyone at Rivervale Barn for giving us memories to last a lifetime. Wish we could relive the day, maybe just a little less hot!!

We had our dream wedding last month at Rivervale Barn.

In terms of the venue itself: it’s light, spacious and well-designed, with the bar next to the dancefloor, separate dining/seating areas, and a lovely courtyard for our guests to relax in. The pond and grounds are beautiful and peaceful and were perfect for photos.

In regards to the Rivervale team, they were fantastic. Marie-Eve, our Event Manager, was extremely helpful throughout the planning process, always available to answer questions and pull everything together. Annabel, our coordinator on the day, was so organised and calm that it helped to keep us relaxed. Overall, Rivervale run a tight ship!

Also, as a well-established local wedding venue, they have excellent supplier relationships which was great for finding suppliers and overall just helping the planning process to be smooth and easy.

Incredible venue!! My new wife and I got married here a few weeks ago and we both absolutely loved the whole experience. From the moment we arrived at Rivervale to have a look around before booking we felt it was the perfect location for our day. Everyone we met there was professional and friendly, even meeting the owners when they were putting the finishing touches to the on site accommodation shortly before it opened; who asked if we liked the décor and if we had any ideas for it! (we didn’t, it’s beautiful)

Marie was our event manager and she was fantastic. She made sure that everything we wanted to happen on the day did, and made our lives so easy. Neither myself or my wife felt any stress in the lead up or on the day itself. During the day Marie and the rest of the team responded professionally and with care to our guests’ needs which we, and they, are very grateful for.

The barn itself is an amazing space, and the three separate areas really helped the day flow as we weren’t having to rush out of the space for it to be reset for the next part of the day. We used the ceremony room rather than the Spinnery (outdoor space) to get married, as it is such an amazing space and suited what we wanted perfectly. The gardens are fantastic and gave us the perfect backdrop for the day and our photographs.

The food was incredible! The canapes were beautifully presented and tasted great, and we loved that a special plate of them made their way to us while we were having our photos done! The wedding breakfast food was even better. Our guests are still talking about how good the food was nearly a month after the event. It was professionally brought out to us and our guests and looked like it belonged in a fine dining restaurant. The way the catering team dealt with allergens was fantastic, ensuring that the correct meal ended up with the correct guest, and double checking their allergies before service had begun.

During the evening, the team running the bar kept the drinks flowing, were smiling, friendly and chatty with our guests; and check in with us to make sure we were enjoying our evening.

We stayed that night in the cottage and were provided with breakfast. When departing the staff working that morning checked in with us to make sure that we, and our guests had the best day.

We would 100% recommend Rivervale to any prospective couples. It was the perfect venue for us to start our married life together.

My husband and I got married here last week and feel so lucky to have been able to do so!! The team at Rivervale Barn were absolutely incredible throughout the whole process, making sure we both felt comfortable with the plans and knew exactly what we were signing up for!! The venue itself is absolutely stunning and we were able to organise for our bridal party to stay on site with us in their beautiful lodge.

We wanted to say a special thank you to Daniel, our event manager, who truly did go above and beyond for us when it came to planning and the actual day! He even helped me organise a surprise cheese stack cake for my husband! I felt so calm and relaxed on my wedding morning, and a lot of this is thanks to feeling entirely prepared because of Daniel and his team.

My Husband and I got married at this gorgeous venue last month and we had the most stress free wedding day which was all thanks to the wonderful rivervale barn team who helped us every step of the way to make sure we had the most special time. From our first visit, this venue stood out to us. We were made to feel so at ease and we just knew it was the one. Marie our events manager was so lovely and helped us every step of the way from our first meeting to the big day with any questions we had and took the time to explain every process to us, which made the wedding planning so smooth. We had Norleen as our on the day coordinator on our wedding day who was so attentive, super positive and made sure myself, my husband and our guests had everything they needed. I was amazed at the quality of food and the care they had for any allergens and the smooth running of the wedding breakfast. From helping with extra decor in the day, saving food for us, making sure me and my husband were kept in the loop with timings and looking after us, it was flawless. Everything felt easy, we could really enjoy ourselves the whole day knowing we were in safe hands. Thank you rivervale for making our wedding day so perfect. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone we know who were planning on getting married x

From the minute we walked into Rivervale Barn on our first visit, we knew it was meant to be our wedding venue. The team were so kind and helpful at every interaction, and so thorough in supporting us with all the organisation and logistics leading up to the big day.

Most of our pre-wedding communication was with Lyndsay, who was the picture of professionalism throughout — attentive, efficient and always so reassuring. On the day itself, we were in the wonderful hands of our events manager, Norleen, whose warm, positive and kind energy instantly put us at ease. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and everything ran seamlessly.

The day itself was simply magical — the grounds are stunning, the venue looked absolutely fantastic, and the white-glove dinner service, along with the quality (and generous portions!) of the food, was outstanding. Every single staff member we encountered was kind, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make the day perfect.

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better day. It was everything we dreamed of and more — worth every penny.
